JobDetails:

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (5.5 days)
• Working Hours: 8am to 5pm
• Location: Kaki Bukit, Shun Li Industrial Park

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates by analysing project drawings and specifications.
• Perform detailed material and labour take-offs for MEP works, including Mechanical (ACMV – Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation), Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary works.
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitor cost variations, and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids from sub-contractor & suppliers, and assist with procurement.
• Manage MEP related contracts, handle variations and claims, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Identify and implement cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
• Assess risks related to costs and contracts.
• Produce regular cost reports and provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant regulations, codes and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of M&E QS experience in construction / commercial.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical (ACMV - Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation), & Electrical Plumbing and Sanitary works
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, independent, and a team player.
