Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and management.
• Manage office daily operations and maintenance to ensure a well-functioning work environment.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Support basic financial tasks such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
• Vendor KYC & Due Diligence: Collect and verify onboarding documentation for all suppliers/counterparties (business registration, corporate structure, director IDs, bank details). Perform sanctions, AML, and risk background checks.
• KYC System Management: Accurately input verified vendor profiles, supporting certificates, and compliance statuses into the company's internal KYC system.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above.
• Minimum 1-3 years of office administration experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
