Account Executive

Location: Tuas Crescent MRT, Singapore

Salary: $2,500 – $3,800

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:15 AM – 5:30 PM

Rest Days
8 Days Per Month
No Regular Weekend Work

About the Company
A well-established company specializing in the wholesale distribution of paints and coatings products in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities
• Handle full sets of accounts independently
• Verify supplier invoices and ensure proper approval before payment processing
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and GST-related matters
• Process petty cash claims and reimbursements
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare weekly bank balance reports
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audit and tax purposes
• Assist in month-end closing and year-end audit activities
• Participate in stock-taking exercises and inventory-related matters
• Support other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements
• LCCI Certificate or equivalent Accounting qualification
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiar with full set accounting functions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and follow company procedures
• Motorcycle commuting is acceptable
