About the Role

We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented individuals to support archival records management activities. This role involves reviewing archival metadata, verifying data accuracy, documenting findings, and supporting data quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and validate the accuracy of archival records metadata.
• Review transcribed information and ensure key metadata fields are correctly captured.
• Document and categorise transcription discrepancies and issues identified during verification.
• Record discussion points, findings, and decisions relating to metadata amendments.
• Perform metadata verification, data cleansing, issue tracking, and analysis activities.
• Support other related administrative and records management tasks as assigned.  

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Organised, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to commit to the full contract duration.
