Kerja Sepenuh Masa Accountant, Gaji tinggi SGD 4,500 di SDR ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a dynamic Accountant to be part of our company! We offer a work life balance and friendly working environment. In this role, we only require you to be in the office for 3 days and you will be able to work from home (WFH) for the remaining 2 days within one week.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform accounts payable functions for day-to-day operations and reporting needs.

2. Able to classify the expenses into the correct accounting code base on the nature of the expenses and input clear and meaningful description into the system.

3. Prepare monthly accrual listing during month end closing.

4. Commit to ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts within deadline.

5. Prepare management account and audited financial statement.

6. Liaise with auditors for the purpose of financial accounting audit.

7. Prepare payment listing and process payment using cheques, GIRO, telegraphy transfer or trust receipts.

8. Prepare submission for quarterly GST declaration.

9. Handle petty cash and expenses claim reimbursements.

10. Improve on current processes, procedure and internal controls as required.

11. To prioritise and react according to the urgency of things.

12. Any other admin duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Accounting.

2. At least 10 years working experience

3. Experience in accounts payable and statutory audit.

4. Computer literate (MS Office, MS Outlook, Microsoft Dynamic NAV).

5. Experience in using ABSS software.

6. Good communication skills.

7. Committed, responsible, independent.

8. Able to work under pressure.

9. Willing to learn and can-do attitude.
