This position focuses on the hands-on creation and execution of photography, videography, and social media content across Alchemist's platforms. The candidate brings strong technical skills behind the camera and in post-production, with a creative eye for storytelling and a genuine passion for crafting content that connects with our audience.

You will

• Execute photography and videography shoots for product, lifestyle, and store content across social media, e-commerce, and campaigns — independently or as part of the team
• Edit and retouch visual assets using Adobe software to meet brand standards and platform requirements
• Support content calendar management — including scheduling, publishing, and basic performance tracking
• Assist in pre-production planning, shoot preparation, and post-production asset organisation
• Monitor social media trends and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
• Organise and maintain the asset library to ensure materials are accessible and up to date
• Engage with viewers and customers on social media platforms in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
• Contribute ideas and creative input during brainstorming and ideation sessions

You are

• Equipped with 1 to 2 years of experience in social media content creation, photography, or videography — a strong portfolio will be considered in place of experience
• A visual storyteller with a genuine eye for composition, light, and detail
• Technically proficient in photography and videography — comfortable operating a camera and managing shoots independently
• Proficient in Adobe software including Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
• Familiar with social media platforms, content formats, and current trends
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without losing attention to detail
• A collaborative team player who is equally comfortable working independently
• Passionate about food, beverage, and lifestyle content — experience in F&B or café photography is a strong advantage
