Duties:

• Coordinate and support the delivery of training programs, both onsite and virtual.
• Manage training schedules, participant attendance, and classroom or virtual session administration.
• Liaise with clients, trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth training operations.
• Coordinate training venue bookings and logistical arrangements.
• Process participant registrations and maintain accurate training records.
• Set up and manage training sessions across various online platforms and internal systems.
• Prepare training materials and maintain learning resources for participants.
• Ensure training documentation complies with relevant guidelines and support audit requirements.
• Provide administrative support, including post-training documentation and reporting.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Education
• Prior 2 years of experience in training operations, program coordination, or a related role
