Job Description

Provide project management services on specific projects, reporting to the Director-in-Charge. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all aspects of project management services, including administrative duties, disciplines coordination, and document checking
• Managing agency consultation, owner-supplied data coordination, and user liaison
• Developing and monitoring project schedules
• Delivering client presentations and providing technical advice on building construction and documentation
• Handling contract administration, procurement, and project budget/cashflow control
• Managing change control and project closeout processes
• Leading and managing a team of project managers and clerical staff
• Reporting project status to the Director and Client

Requirements

• Relevant experience in project management within the construction or built environment industry
• Proficiency with project management software and standard commercial tools
• Strong accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and milestones
• Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Integrity and enthusiasm in the discharge of duties
