Job Responsibilities
Hire, train, retain and supervise restaurant employees
Staff deployment and ensure sufficient staffing for all shifts.
Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Responding efficiently and accurately to feedback and complaints
Generating sales and meet target through proper execution of marketing strategies
Maintain Standards and Standard Operating Procedures for store operations
Responsible for inventories and stock taking activities
Ensuring safety, cleanliness and sanitation standards are adhered to by all staffs of the restaurant
Comply with F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures
Cash management i.e. counting of cash and bank in daily sales deposit
Stock management i.e. inventory, recording of wastage, recording of employee’s meal
Requirement
Possess a Diploma or Degree in F&B / Hospitality or equivalent qualifications
Minimum 4 years of F&B or Retail service industry experience required.
Excellent leaderships skills.
Positive attitude and able to handle pressure
Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Proficiency in Microsoft office
Preferably having experience in Quick Service Restaurant
