Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Around 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Exposure to financial services, credit business, private equity, or investment operations
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and supporting solution delivery in team-based environments
- Strong SQL skills and confidence working with data for analysis, validation, and investigation
- Good understanding of data structures, data flows, and how data supports business processes and reporting
- Ability to translate business needs into clear and structured documentation
- Experience creating process flows, workflow diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Understanding of or interest in financial services such as banking, insurance, investments, or credit
