Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Project Manager (MLOps) di Evolution Singapore - Maukerja

We're looking for a Project Manager (MLOps) to lead the delivery of enterprise AI and MLOps initiatives that support cloud-native, production-scale machine learning platforms. This role combines technical leadership, project delivery, and people management, working closely with Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers, Software Engineers, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of AI, MLOps, and cloud transformation projects.
• Drive the design, deployment, and optimisation of scalable MLOps platforms and ML pipelines.
• Establish MLOps and DevOps best practices, including CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and cloud-native deployment.
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor and lead Data Scientists and engineering teams while promoting Agile ways of working.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in MLOps, AI, Cloud, or DevOps, with experience delivering enterprise-scale ML solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker/Containers, AWS, CI/CD, GitLab/GitHub, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong understanding of production ML pipelines, model deployment, infrastructure automation, and platform engineering.
• At least 2 years of people management experience leading technical or AI engineering teams.
• Experience delivering AI or MLOps solutions in manufacturing, Industrial IoT (IIoT), or smart factory environments is highly preferred.

Bonus Points

• Experience with LLMs, NLP, Prompt Engineering, or Agentic AI.
• Exposure to PostgreSQL, InfluxDB, OpenShift, VMware, OpenStack, or CaaS.
• AWS, Kubernetes (CKA), or DevOps certifications.
