About Hisential

Hisential is a hospitality company that delivers best in class, premium personal healthcare

experience for its clients. Our objective is to build an organization that matches the Hisential

Identity and delivers on our long-term business goals.

Hisential is a hospitality personal healthcare concierge business delivering a premium personal

health experience across Singapore and Malaysia. As we grow across two markets, the

Finance Manager is the person who keeps the numbers honest giving the CEO a clear,

accurate picture of the business so that growth decisions are made on facts, not guesswork.

Every Hisential patient has a personal health concierge team as their one point of contact for

everything from booking a first consultation to chasing lab results and managing follow-ups.

Behind that concierge sits a coordinated team that ensures continuity even outside clinic

hours, so a client's care never depends on whether one person happens to be available. No

call centres, no repeating their story, no chasing reports just doctor-led medical care that stays

joined up from a client's first visit through to their long-term outcomes.

Role Purpose

As Finance Manager, you own the financial operations of Hisential across Singapore and

Malaysia from day-to-day bookkeeping and cash flow through to the reporting and forecasting

that let the CEO make informed decisions about where the business is headed. You bring

financial discipline to a fast-growing business without slowing it down, and you are the person

every department head turns to when a budget or spend question needs a straight answer.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

Financial reporting

You will prepare accurate, timely monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting across

both markets, giving the CEO a clear and current view of the business.

Budgeting and forecasting

Working with department heads – particularly Sales & Marketing and Clinic Operations – you

will build and maintain budgets, track spend against them, and flag variances before they

become a surprise.Cash flow and treasury management

You are responsible for managing cash flow across both markets, making sure the business

always has visibility on its runway and working capital position.

Compliance and statutory reporting

You will manage tax filings, audit processes and statutory reporting obligations in both

Singapore and Malaysia, keeping the business fully compliant as it scales.

Accounts payable and receivable

You will oversee day-to-day accounts payable and receivable, making sure vendors are paid on

time and revenue is collected without unnecessary delay.

Financial controls

As the business grows, you are responsible for putting in place and maintaining the financial

controls and processes that keep the books clean and audit-ready, rather than something to fix retroactively.

What We're Looking For:

Five to eight years in finance or accounting, ideally with exposure to multi-country operations

across Singapore and Malaysia

Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.

Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end closing processes.

Experience with financial analysis, KPI tracking, and performance monitoring in a service or healthcare environment is beneficial.

Knowledge of tax regulations, audit procedures, and internal control frameworks.

Comfort with finance and accounting software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to manage or mentor finance staff.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are an advantage.

Prior experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar senior finance role; experience in clinics, hospitals, or healthcare services is a plus.

What You Can Expect:

As a member of the Hisential team, you join a hospitality-led healthcare business built around

the belief that people deserve to Live Different, Live Better. You'll work directly with the CEO

and every department head, with real ownership over the financial backbone of a business

operating across two markets. Our culture puts personalised, discreet, client-first care at the

centre of everything we do, and we expect the same rigour and discretion applied to how we

manage our own numbers.

Rewards and Career Opportunities:

Strong performance in this role is recognised and rewarded. Consistently accurate reporting,

clean compliance and disciplined budget management are the clearest path to performance-

linked incentives, and to growth into a senior Finance leadership role as Hisential expands

across Singapore and Malaysia. You are joining early enough to build the finance function from

the ground up.

Benefits:

Hisential provides health and medical insurance coverage for all employees, along with annual

leave and medical leave in line with Singapore and Malaysia's statutory requirements. The

team also comes together for annual company trips as part of building a strong, connected

culture across both markets. Employees are also eligible for a yearly bonus, subject to the

company's overall performance that year.
