About the Roles

We are hiring a Production Operator / Laundry Operator to join a laundry operations team in Ang Mo Kio / Toa Payoh. This is a permanent role with a 5.5-day work week (Mon–Fri: 8am–5.30pm, Sat: 8am–12.30pm), offering a basic salary with incentive opportunities. Ideal for individuals seeking stable employment with structured hours and hands-on work in a production environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate laundry equipment such as washers and dryers to process items efficiently.
• Load and unload laundry while ensuring proper handling of materials.
• Set and adjust machine controls according to fabric type and load requirements.
• Identify and handle items that need special cleaning techniques.
• Inspect and report any damaged items to the supervisor promptly.
• Handle cleaning agents responsibly and maintain a safe, tidy workspace.
• Fold items such as linen and towels according to company standards.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience with laundry equipment is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to learn, with training provided for those without experience.
• Ability to understand and follow operational and safety procedures.
