We are looking for a responsible and motivated Site Supervisor to join our growing team specializing in roofing, waterproofing, and façade works.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily site activities and coordinate workers and subcontractors.

* Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.

* Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with safety requirements.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and the project team.

* Prepare daily site reports and monitor work progress.

* Assist in material planning and site logistics.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor (roofing/waterproofing/construction preferred).

* Able to read construction drawings.

* Good communication and leadership skills.

* Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to project sites.

* Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
