Job Responsibilities:

• Review tender invitations and correspondence emails, and obtain Management’s approval before participating in any tender.
• Circulate tender information, requirements and deadlines to Management and relevant departments.
• Prepare and submit tender, pre-qualification and vendor registration documents.
• maintain and manage all vendors accounts
• Prepare and update company profiles, project experience records and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain technical, commercial, financial and administrative information.
• Generate new project codes upon project award, coordinate the project commencement process
• Assist in preparing letters, contracts, work orders and contractual correspondence.
• Support progress claims, variation orders, EOT applications and other contract administration matters.
• Maintain proper tracking and filing of tender, project and contract documents
• Assist in preparing letters, contracts, work orders and contract-related documents.
• Perform other related duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in tender preparation within the construction industry.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
