About the Role
Kick-start your HR career with hands-on exposure in a dynamic construction environment! This Human Resources Protégé role provides practical experience in general HR operations and foreign worker management, perfect for candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks and documentation
• Support HR operations for both general HR and HR (Foreign Staff) functions, including record keeping, updates, and coordination
• Maintain HR files, staff data, and HR databases accurately
• Support attendance monitoring, timesheet verification, and preparation of basic HR reports
• Assist with onboarding, staff briefings, and internal HR communications
• Assist in recruitment activities including arranging interview sessions, coordinating with candidates, and preparing interview schedules
• Support HR events, training coordination, and employee engagement activities
• Perform any other HR tasks assigned by the department

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
