Latihan Industri Internship - Account Jobs, salary up to MYR 1,700 in Sky Resources Group Bukit Mertajam - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
• Perform data entry of accounting records into the accounting system accurately.
• Assist in preparing payment vouchers, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Perform bank reconciliation and verify daily financial transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting documents.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, journals, and schedules.
• Verify supplier invoices and supporting documents.
• Assist with petty cash management and expense claim verification.
• Support inventory and fixed asset record maintenance when required.
• Liaise with internal departments regarding finance-related matters.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager or supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Final-year students are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and accept guidance from supervisors.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality of financial information

Pay: Up to RM1,700.00 per month
