About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Protege – Purchasing to support the procurement team in sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery for project needs. This role provides hands-on experience in purchasing operations within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO) for construction and HQ items
• Help to source and compare quotations for construction materials, site requirements, and HQ purchases
• Prepare price comparison for project and HQ-related purchases
• Follow up with suppliers on material delivery and lead time to site and HQ
• Maintain proper filing of procurement documents (PO, invoices, DO)
• Verify invoices against PO and Delivery Order (DO)
• Coordinate with site team, project team, HQ, and store/warehouse
• Track delivery of materials to ensure alignment with project schedule
• Assist in sourcing and procurement of office/HQ supplies and general company purchases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
