MIMM Travel & Tours is looking for an experienced and people-oriented Senior Executive, Human Resources to oversee and strengthen our Human Resource operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong HR operational knowledge, recruitment experience, and the ability to support business growth through effective people management, policy implementation, and employee development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in Human Resources, Employee Recruitment or HR Operations.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian Employment Act and other HR-related legislation.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation & benefits administration, and performance management.
- Experience developing or implementing HR policies, procedures and SOPs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Experience working in an SME environment will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, systems and employee standards.
- Manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee orientation and employee lifecycle management.
- Administer employee compensation, benefits, health insurance, leave, claims and rewards programmes.
- Support departments in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Plan, monitor and coordinate performance management activities, including employee appraisals, coaching and disciplinary processes.
- Advise and support managers on employee relations, conflict resolution and people management matters.
- Prepare, review and update HR policies, SOPs and employee guidelines to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment legislation and statutory requirements while maintaining proper HR documentation and records.
- Identify opportunities to improve organisational structure, HR processes, employee engagement and workplace morale.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with external agencies, training providers and business partners.
- Handle confidential employee and organisational matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by Management.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
