POSITION OVERVIEW

Join Leopad Group and kick-start your career in procurement and supply chain management. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to support our Procurement Department in sourcing, purchasing, supplier coordination, and inventory management.

This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in procurement operations within the Oil & Gas and industrial services industry. You will work closely with experienced procurement professionals and gain practical exposure to purchasing processes, supplier management, and supply chain operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in preparing and maintaining procurement related documents, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders and supplier records.
• Provide administrative support to the Procurement team, including filing, data entry, and maintaining procurement records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure procurement documentation is complete and up to date.
• Assist the Procurement team with any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
• Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and other procurement-related documentation.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Pay: RM800.00 per month
