Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, customer-oriented Cashier to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, interacting directly with customers to ensure a smooth checkout experience. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong basic math skills, and a friendly personality.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage Transactions: Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to scan items and process cash, card, and mobile payments.
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer basic product inquiries, and assist with returns or exchanges according to store policy.
• Financial Accuracy: Issue accurate receipts, count change correctly, and balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and fully stocked with bags and receipt rolls.
• Team Collaboration: Assist with restocking nearby shelves and light cleaning duties during slow periods.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Retail experience is not required (training provided).
• Skills: Strong basic mathematical skills and high attention to detail.
• Communication: Able to communicate effectively with customers.
• Attributes: Dependable, punctual, and capable of standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
