We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Coordinator to support our trading operations. If you enjoy coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams while ensuring accurate documentation and smooth daily operations, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Sales Contracts, Purchase Contracts and Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and warehouses to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Follow up on signed contracts and maintain proper documentation.
• Perform daily MPOB e-Submissions (E-Regis).
• Monitor tender invitations and maintain related records.
• Update supplier and customer reports.
• Handle trading-related email correspondence and administrative duties.

Requirements

• SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce or related field.
• Minimum 1 years' experience in purchasing, sales administration or logistics.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
