Education/ Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in Business Management or related discipline
• 1-2 Years Experience in Purchasing (especially in Electronics Manufacturing)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Job Description

• Issue Purchase order with forecast demand
• Coordinate for vendor and materials sourcing, request quotation and price negotiation
• Provides expediting list and follow-up / monitor on delivery date
• Raise and issue Price Book and Purchase Order Amendment Database
• Responsible for New Project Coordination
• Responsible for ECO (Engineering Change Order) verifying and control
• Responsible for Raw Materials On-Hold Report
• To ensure RoHS (Restrict of Hazardous Substances) requirement is follow & implemented
• To ensure that ISO (The International Organization for Standardization) 9001, ISO 14001, ISO13485, PEM (Product Environmental Management), RBA and C-TPAT are practised and implemented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,999.00 per month
