Job Responsibilities:

1. Determine capacity for production line base on monthly schedule.

2. Day to day planning for production line.

3. Follow up on production performance to ensure that daily, weekly and monthly planning is achieved.

4. Maintain discipline of production staff.

5. Control absenteeism to be below than 5%.

6. To ensure that quality of the product is meeting the requirement.

7. To ensure that all the worker follows all the procedure.

8. To maintain good housekeeping.

9. Control scrap cost to be below than 0.5 % of material shipped forthe month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,850.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
