Key Responsibilities

Accounting Duties:

• Process invoices, D.O, receipt, payment vouchers, and staff claims.
• Update accounts payable and receivable ledgers accurately.
• Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and financial reports.

Purchasing Duties:

• Source reliable suppliers and compare price quotations.
• Prepare purchase orders and track timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock reorders.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain proper filing systems for all finance and purchasing documents.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors regarding orders or payments.

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum LCCI, or a Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in basic accounting or purchasing roles.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, basic accounting software, and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Software Requirement: SQL Accounting Software

Attributes: Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
