Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and expand our market presence in Sarawak. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the construction materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in Sarawak.
• Service and grow existing customer accounts while actively seeking new sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell construction materials including steel bars, wire mesh, and roofing materials.
• Provide professional advice and recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
• Possess strong knowledge and expertise in roofing material calculation, quantity assessment and accurate quantity estimation for project requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials such as steel bars, wire mesh, and building materials.
• Experience in roofing material calculation will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to interact confidently with customers at all levels.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
• Possess strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel within Sarawak.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm

Saturday 8.00am – 1.00pm (alternate)
