About The Job

• Development & Project Coordination: Assist Project Managers in overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from site feasibility and master planning to construction, VP (Vacant Possession), and handover.
• Consultant & Authority Management: Coordinate with architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and main contractors to track deliverables, monitor submission schedules, and assist in securing local authority approvals.
• Progress & Cost Tracking: Assist in monitoring construction progress against baseline schedules, track project budgets, review contractor claims, and prepare regular development status reports.
• Quality Assurance & Risk Management: Conduct periodic site inspections to monitor execution quality, identify potential site bottlenecks or delays early, and implement proactive risk-mitigation strategies.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as an operational bridge between internal teams—including sales & marketing, legal, finance, and site management—to ensure smooth execution and alignment on key milestones.
  
  

About The Manager/team

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Development, Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related discipline, with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in property development or project management.
