This role drives revenue retention, margin control, and high-level client partnerships across ongoing project portfolios. You will lead key post-sales strategies and work closely with department leadership to expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee key contractor accounts to ensure margin protection and project profitability
- Lead high-level negotiations and manage commercial relationships across major project lifecycles
- Drive proactive account management and strategic outreach to secure upcoming project pipelines
- Collaborate with the specification unit to align pre-tender designs with post-award execution
- Host client entertainment and executive networking events to solidify core accounts
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related construction management discipline preferred
- Solid track record in sales management or senior account management in specialized contracting
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing negotiation and contractor management
- Outspoken leader with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- In-depth knowledge of concrete waterproofing, structural repair, or construction chemicals
