• Import, export and transfer coordination
• Inventory management with proper records and transactions
• Maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues
• Upkeep department KPI and take on additional tasks when assigned
• Coordination with warehouse team for daily operations
• Support other functions within department and peers when needed
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by superior

Qualification & Requirements:

• Knowledge of import and export, inventory management and WMS applications
• Team player and customer-centric
• Willing to support operations even after office hours and weekends (doable using phones)
• WMS application
• Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, V look-up, Pivot table), outlook
• Min N/O level, diploma/degree in Supply Chain Management
• relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, supply chain management

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,100.00 per month
