About the role
As a Pharmacy Assistant at sunlight pharmacy (sibu) sdn bhd', you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and effective operations of our community pharmacy located in Sibu Sarawak. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for assisting our team of pharmacists in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients.
What you'll be doing
Assisting pharmacists in the dispensing of medications, ensuring accurate preparation and labeling of prescriptions
Maintaining inventory of pharmaceutical supplies, ordering and restocking items as needed
Providing excellent customer service to patients, answering questions, and addressing their concerns
Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and filing
Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and pharmacy policies
Collaborating with the pharmacy team to improve workflow and enhance patient care
