Location: The Wine Shop, Pulau Tikus

Role Overview: You will manage the restaurant floor and deliver specialized F&B service. This includes standard table service and technical wine handling, supported by comprehensive on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve customers directly by taking accurate food and beverage orders and managing table needs.
• Execute tableside wine service, including proper bottle opening and pouring techniques.
• Handle, polish, and maintain specialized wine glassware to strict hygiene standards.
• Maintain dining room readiness and execute standard daily restaurant operations.

Requirements:

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior experience in the F&B industry is preferred.
• A foundational understanding of wine is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn technical beverage service (complete training is provided from scratch).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: RM2,400 – RM2,800 (commensurate with prior experience).
• Statutory & Overtime: EPF, SOCSO, and Overtime pay provided.
• Meals: Two staff meals provided per working day.
• Professional Development: Formal WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) certification classes provided by management.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
