Operations and Maintenance
- Inspect facilities: Check common areas, equipment, and grounds regularly for defects or needed repairs.
- Supervise contractors: Coordinate service providers, technicians, and vendors for scheduled or corrective maintenance.
- Ensure safety compliance: Monitor safety and security protocols, building bylaws, and local regulatory standards. [1, 2]
Tenant and Owner Relations
- Manage leasing admin: Process tenancy renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and handover documentation.
- Resolve complaints: Address tenant or resident feedback regarding facilities, leaks, or billing professionally.
- Maintain registries: Keep accurate records of parcel owners, tenant directories, and active service contracts. [1]
Administration and Finance
- Track billing: Assist in generating service charge, sinking fund, or utility billings and follow up on arrears.
- Process documentation: Handle petty cash claims, vendor invoices, and routine operational reports.
- Support management: Assist the building manager with vendor procurement, budget preparation, and administrative tasks. [1, 2, 4, 5]
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
