Vacancy: Logistics Executive

Location: Semenyih, Selangor

We are looking for a proactive and organised Logistics Executive to join our food manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation, ensuring accurate delivery documentation, overseeing dispatch and loading activities, and ensuring products are delivered safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Arrange transportation with internal drivers and external logistics providers.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain delivery documents, including Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, shipping documents, and transport records.
• Coordinate loading and unloading activities to ensure correct products and quantities are dispatched.
• Verify product, batch number, quantity, and packaging before dispatch.
• Ensure loading activities comply with FIFO/FEFO, customer requirements, and company procedures.
• Liaise closely with Warehouse, Production, Sales, QA, and transport providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Track shipments and follow up on delivery status to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle delivery discrepancies, customer complaints, and logistics-related issues promptly.
• Maintain dispatch records, transportation logs, and logistics reports.
• Monitor vehicle utilisation and recommend improvements to logistics efficiency and delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, Halal, and company SOP requirements during storage, loading, and transportation.
• Support stock transfers, returns, and other warehouse logistics activities when required.
• Assist during stock counts and logistics audits.
• Perform any other duties, projects, or ad hoc responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse, or supply chain operations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of dispatch operations, transportation coordination, and delivery documentation.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or inventory systems is preferred.
• Good organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
