IPSB Technology is looking for a professional, reliable, and highly trustworthy Executive Personal Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for our Managing Director.

This role requires someone with excellent driving skills, strong professionalism, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality while supporting daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation for the Managing Director.
• Plan the most efficient routes using GPS applications such as Waze and Google Maps.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, fuelled, and roadworthy.
• Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Support daily scheduling by referring to Google Calendar and digital itineraries.
• Access meeting locations, gate passes, and travel information via Google Workspace when required.
• Remain alert during pick-ups and drop-offs, especially during late evenings and business events.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company and business matters.
• Be available for flexible working hours, including occasional weekends, public holidays, and business trips.

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen.
• Minimum 5 years of accident-free driving experience.
• Valid Malaysian Class D driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Experience as a Personal Driver, Executive Driver, or Corporate Driver is an added advantage.
• Skilled in defensive and safe driving practices.
• Proficient in Waze, Google Maps, and other navigation applications.
• Familiar with Google Workspace (Google Calendar & Google Docs).
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia with basic English communication skills.
• Well-groomed, professional, and courteous.
• High integrity with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Good emotional intelligence and professional etiquette.
• Physically fit, punctual, disciplined, and dependable.
