Job Overview

The Concierge is responsible for providing friendly, professional, and personalized service to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay. The role assists guests with transportation arrangements, dining reservations, local attractions, tours, recreational activities, and other special requests.

The Concierge also operates the resort buggy to provide safe transportation within the resort and scheduled transfers to nearby shopping malls or designated locations. In addition, the Concierge warmly welcomes guests, provides information on resort facilities and services, and responds promptly to guest enquiries and requests to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Assist guests with enquiries, check-in and check-out support when required.
• Operate the resort buggy safely to transport guests within the resort and provide scheduled transfers to nearby shopping malls or designated locations.
• Arrange transportation, including airport transfers, taxis, and shuttle services.
• Make reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, golf, tours, and other recreational activities.
• Recommend local attractions, sightseeing tours, shopping, and dining options.
• Handle guest requests, special arrangements, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled efficiently.
• Provide information on resort facilities, services, events, and promotions.
• Assist with luggage handling when required.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Keep the Concierge Desk clean, organized, and well-stocked with brochures and guest information.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management or any other related disciplines (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)*
• Good communications skills
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
