• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, email, and e-commerce platforms.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
• Assist customers with product recommendations, sizing, colors, and order-related questions.
• Follow up on customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Take high-quality photos of hijabs and scarves for online listings and social media.
• Record and edit short videos using Capcut showcasing scarf designs, styling ideas, and product features.

New employees will be trained prior to work.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
