Academic qualification, years and type of experience required:

• Minimum: SPM / SKM (Level 2 or 3) or equivalent vocational qualification in Metal Fabrication / Manufacturing Technology.
• Preferred: Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Quality Assurance.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication, dimensional inspection, or QA/QC in a manufacturing environment (preferably with exposure to semiconductor industry customers).

Specific skills and competencies required.

• Proficiency in programming CMM software (Aberlink) to create and optimize measurement routines.
• Skilled in operating CMM equipment for dimensional inspection of precision components.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
• Competence in analyzing measurement data, preparing inspection reports, and ensuring compliance with customer specifications.

Job responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CMM measurement programs for new and existing parts.
• Operate CMM machines to perform dimensional inspections and verify product compliance with drawings and tolerances.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to resolve dimensional issues and support corrective actions.
• Able to work on shift.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
