Kerja Sepenuh Masa Shipment Creation, Coordinator, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Geodis Malaysia Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities :

• Create shipments from delivery orders based on customer requirements and shipping schedules.
• Process different order types (Urgent, Sea, Courier, Cross-Dock, and Dangerous Goods).
• Print, organize, and release shipment labels to the warehouse team for picking activities.
• Coordinate special orders requiring relabelling, repacking, anti-rust treatment, or other Value-Added Services (VAS).
• Monitor daily order drops and ensure shipments are created within the required cut-off time.
• Resolve shipment creation issues such as unavailable stock, pending putaway, or label printing failures.
• Coordinate closely with Customer Service, VRAS, Warehouse Operations, and VAS teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Perform daily shipment verification to ensure all delivery orders are processed and no orders are missed.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or shipment planning is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP/WMS is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
