Job Responsibilities

• Ensure products and processes comply with customer, company, and regulatory quality requirements.
• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 standards.
• Conduct product inspections, quality audits, and root cause analyses for non-conformities.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with cross-functional teams to address quality issues.
• Monitor quality KPIs and prepare quality performance reports.
• Support APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC activities for both new and existing projects.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters.
• Review and maintain quality documentation, work instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and overall operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of working experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Industry

• Automotive, Manufacturing, or other Engineering-related industries.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
