Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Administration
- Employee Lifecycle: Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and onboarding kits for new hires.
- Payroll & Statutory: Process monthly salary data, overtime, and claims, ensuring accurate submissions for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
- Records Management: Maintain highly confidential, up-to-date digital and physical employee personal files and leave records.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for staff inquiries regarding company policies and benefits.
2. Office Administration & Coordination
- Daily Operations: Oversee office upkeep, manage company utilities, and coordinate with building management or cleaning vendors.
- Procurement: Monitor office inventory and purchase office stationeries, pantry supplies, and office equipment.
- Documentation & Filing: Manage incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and maintain a systematic corporate filing system.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and managing travel arrangements for management.
3. Billing & Documentation:
- Generate sales invoices and delivery orders accurately for customers.
- Verify delivery fulfillment before issuing final billing documents
Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of dual experience in both HR operations and office administration.
- Knowledge: Sound understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act and statutory regulations.
- Skills: Highly proficient in SQL software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with basic payroll/HR software.
- Attributes: High level of integrity, strict confidentiality, and strong multi-tasking abilities.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
