Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and recruit new relevant KOLs/influencers aligned with brand goals.

2. Conduct campaign briefings and negotiate terms.

3. Ensure execution and signing of official agreements before campaign launch.

4. Liaise with existing KOLs to ensure video production, filming schedules, and deadlines stay on track.

5. Review and approve submitted KOL video content to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, script requirements, and quality standards prior to posting or final submission.

6. Pack, prepare, and arrange product shipments/seeding packages to KOLs.

7. Collect, review, and process KOL invoices.

8. Track and follow up on payment statuses with internal finance teams to ensure prompt payout.

Key Requirements

Experience: Prior experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, or Social Media Coordination.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for pitching, negotiating, and relationship building.

Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for quality control regarding video production and contract details.

Organizational Skills: Ability to handle logistics, track multiple deadlines, and stay on top of payment records simultaneously.
