Full Time Assistant Banquet Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Berjaya Hospitality Group Federal Territory - Maukerja

BASIC FUNCTION

Responsible for supervising, training and ensuring the performance of assigned banquet associates, so that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards. Will be required to assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to all guests.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least a higher secondary / pre-u / A level, college or diploma.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Able to work shift, weekends and Public Holiday.
• Customer service orientated and energetic.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducts monthly department meetings with the Banquet captains and associates.
• Maintain attendance log for banquet associates.
• Manage the banquet beverage perpetual inventory and requisitioning liquor.
• Understand the impact Banquet operations has on the overall success of an event and manages activities to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Schedule banquet service associates to forecast and service standards, while maximizing profits.
• Leads shifts and actively participates in the servicing of events.
• Empowers associates to provide excellent customer service.
• Strive to improve service performance.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
