Key Responsibilities

1. Main responsibility on order taking, cashier and monetary handling

2. Handling customers inquiries and complaints

3. Assembling orders before serving

4. Be aware of the products served as they are the last person to have visual on the product

5. Making sure workstation always have sufficient products

6. Handle any conflicts professionally and report to superior after settling or if it requires superior attentions

7. Assist in inventory checks as when required

8. To report any maintenance issues

9. Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of the outlet

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Cheerful, motivated, and approachable personality.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of POS systems and cashier operations (training will be provided).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to company standards and procedures.
• Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays, if required.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience in a sandwich outlet or hospitality environment.
• A friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and good teamwork.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
