Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining hotel facilities and systems, attending to guest maintenance requests promptly, and ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable environment throughout the property.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently and safely.
• Repair or replace defective components in plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems as necessary.
• Respond promptly and effectively to maintenance requests and issues reported by guests or hotel staff.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations as well as hotel maintenance standards.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance tasks, inspections, and parts used.
• Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Assist in implementing energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to support the overall functionality and presentation of the hotel.

Qualifications:

• Moderate knowledge of electrical, plumbing and general building
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and able to communicate with hotel guest effectively
• Flexibility to work in various hotel shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fresh SKM, TVET, Vocational graduates are encouraged apply
