Department: Purchasing

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders when stock reaches the established safety stock level.

· Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company purchasing procedures.

· Update and maintain accurate stock movement records in the inventory management system. Maintain organized purchasing and inventory records for audit and reference purposes.

· Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ordered materials.

· Verify the accuracy of received goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.

· Work closely with the warehouse and other departments to ensure inventory accuracy and material availability.

· Conduct monthly stock counts and assist in inventory reconciliation.

· Perform other purchasing and inventory-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, inventory control, or a similar role is preferred.

2. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and any inventory systems.

4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

5. Basic understanding of inventory control and purchasing processes.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
