Responsibilities
- Prepare, compound and dispense radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support daily Nuclear Medicine Pharmacy operations, including medication management and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety procedures and relevant pharmaceutical standards.
- Provide medication-related information and counseling to patients where required.
- Maintain accurate documentation, quality records and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Fully Registered Pharmacist (FRP) with the Pharmacy Board Malaysia and possess a valid Annual Retention Certificate (ARC).
- Possess Nuclear Pharmacy training/certification recognised by Agensi Nuklear Malaysia.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine Pharmacy or Hospital Nuclear Pharmacy.
- Good communication skills and able to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Only candidates with Nuclear Pharmacy training/certification and relevant Nuclear Medicine Pharmacy experience will be considered.
