Kerja Sepenuh Masa Kitchen Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,600 di Honor Food Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibility

• Lead, supervise, and train the kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
• ⁠Assist with menu planning and food preparation.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food waste.
• ⁠Handle customer feedback and complaints related to food service/quality.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is well maintained and arrange for repairs when needed.
• Assist in preparing staff duty rosters to ensure enough manpower during peak hours.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of kitchen experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Hands-on experience in food preparation and cooking within a café, restaurant, or other F&B setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and standard kitchen procedures.
• Capable of managing inventory, monitoring food costs, and reducing wastage.
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
