• Currently studying Film, Cinematic Arts, Creative Multimedia, Media Production or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an advantage.
• Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, music and visual composition.
• Familiar with vertical and horizontal video formats.
• Basic knowledge of subtitles, sound editing and colour correction.
• Interested in films, entertainment and social media content.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Organised, responsible and open to feedback.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must submit a portfolio or editing showreel.

Nads Media Entertainment (NME) is looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor Intern to join our in-house team. You will gain hands-on experience in film production, post-production and movie marketing while working on real entertainment projects.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Edit behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, promotional videos, trailers and campaign content.
• Turn long-form footage into engaging social media videos.
• Add subtitles, music, sound effects and basic motion graphics.
• Perform basic colour correction and audio clean-up.
• Organise footage, project files and media assets.
• Assist with filming, content shoots and production activities when required.
• Work closely with the creative, production and marketing teams.
• Complete revisions and deliver content according to deadlines.
• Contribute creative ideas for NME’s films and social media platforms.
