- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower requisition, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and hiring completion.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future positions through proactive sourcing, networking, talent communities, and candidate relationship management.
- Coordinate employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, campus recruitment, internship programmes, university collaborations, and recruitment marketing activities to strengthen the Company's employer brand.
- Manage recruitment advertisements, career portals, social media recruitment platforms, and external recruitment agencies to attract quality talent.
- Prepare recruitment reports, manpower statistics, hiring dashboards, recruitment costing, and talent acquisition analytics for management review.
- Coordinate onboarding programmes to ensure new employees are effectively integrated into the organization and receive a positive employee experience.
- Support employee communication initiatives to improve employee participation, engagement, and overall employee experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment, talent management, employee, and HR records in compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and data confidentiality requirements.
