• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic financial record-keeping
• Preferably pursuing (or recently completed) a diploma or degree — open to candidates of any age or background; able to commit 3–6 months
• Willing to be on-site for select event days, including evenings/weekends
• Interest in using AI tools to optimise and streamline work is encouraged

 Keep Jambu organised behind the scenes so events run without a hitch - admin, logistics and coordination across a range of events, from small underground sets to headline shows with international DJs. You'll also walk away with a letter of completion, and the potential to convert into a part-time or full-time role based on performance.

• Maintain digital filing systems, internal databases and event documentation, including event prep sheets and logistics coordination ahead of each show
• Manage Resident Advisor uploads, guestlists and Linktree updates
• Manage the team's task lists and priorities - using a shared board (e.g. Notion) to track deadlines and flag blockers early
• Track event financials and invoices, and help keep the team's calendar (leave, meetings) up to date
• Source and liaise with vendors; help may be needed for event set-up and tear-down
